Looking for something special to do this Presidents’ Day? Please join us for our annual Wiener Kaffeehaus Jause (Traditional Viennese Concert Café) on Monday, February 16, 2026 (Presidents’ Day), from 2:00–4:30 p.m., presented in partnership with the Austrian Embassy in Washington, DC.

Spend a leisurely afternoon immersed in the timeless charm of Vienna, featuring a captivating musical program with works by Austrian, American and other composers from around the world.

Delight in traditional Apfelstrudel mit Schlag (apple strudel with whipped cream) and authentic Viennese coffee, or enjoy savory Belegte Brötchen (open-faced gourmet sandwiches), perfectly complemented by fine Austrian wines.

This year’s program highlights the exceptional talents of two celebrated opera singers — mezzo-soprano Amanda Zoe Vest and baritone Scott Hetz Clark —whose performances have delighted audiences throughout the United States and Europe.
